Shipping Address
Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Buyers are responsible for any special or personalized delivery requests.
Processing and Shipping Schedule
We typically dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after we receive your 'Close Box' confirmation.
For orders marked as 'Open Boxes', fully paid orders will be shipped automatically to the registered shipping address after 30 days from the last order date.
Once your package is handed over to the courier, Crystal Hearts is not responsible for any damage, delays, loss, or theft.

Note: Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep our shipping costs fair and transparent, and we appreciate your understanding as we occasionally update rates based on changes from shipping providers and operational costs.
Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Crystal Hearts is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors like shipping company or logistics delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or link via email or direct message. Please use the provided link to track your package on our tracking page: https://crystalheartssg.com/apps/aftership.
Note: Due to the volume of orders we handle, our small team may not be able to provide real-time tracking assistance.
Damaged or Missing Items
While we take great care in packing and shipping your items, please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date at crystalheartssg@gmail.com. Failure to notify us within this period may result in ineligibility for any claims or compensation.
To expedite the claims process, please keep the box, all packaging materials, and the damaged item. We will need the following photos:
- Box showing all labels
- Any notable damage to the box
- Damaged item (before and after unwrapping)
- Contents inside the box (especially if an item is missing)
Please note that Crystal Hearts has no control over the claims process or its outcome.
Insurance Payout
If your insurance claim is approved, we will facilitate reimbursement within 7-10 business days after receiving credit from the insurer. Any applicable transfer fees will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
Return/Exchange Shipping Fees
For returns or exchanges approved by Crystal Hearts, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return address details will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please ensure that you follow the return instructions carefully to avoid delays.
